Why (wild) salmon oil for dogs?
The reason (wild) salmon oil is recommended for dogs is the presence of omega 3. A dog that eats mostly dog food gets very little of this and proportionately a lot of omega 6. When the amount of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids is out of balance, your dog can develop all sorts of symptoms.
