The Arctic Blue Omega-3 Gummies are made with a special emulsion technology, which makes the Omega-3 fish oil the main ingredient (so not sugar or an excipient) and 1 gummy contains no less than 250 mg of DHA and 70 mg of EPA. That is no less than 5 x as much (DHA+EPA) as other Omega-3 gummies. Comparable to the Omega-3 fish fatty acids of 1 cocktail stick (small bite) of herring.
