For this you need your postcode and order number.

The order number has 6 digits and can be found on the label of your parcel and in your order confirmation.

Can't figure it out?

1. Send us an email with the subject “Return” to info@arctic-blue.com, or call us on +31 (0)30 244 7097.
2. We will email you a free PostNL or DHL return label.
3. Let us know when you have dropped off the parcel and we will arrange the refund right away.

We are not strict about deadlines; even after the standard 14 days we are happy to think along with you.
