About Arctic Blue

Arctic Blue is the Omega-3 specialist. We make health products based on algae and fish oil from fillet trimmings, for which no fish is specifically caught.

Thanks to its innovative and sustainable character, our brand is growing fast in the Netherlands and surrounding countries, and we do this with a close-knit and enthusiastic team of 7 people at Dotslash Campus in Utrecht.

Your role

Because we are a small and ambitious team, no day is the same. You participate fully in our team, but you also definitely get the unique opportunity to shape the role around your own learning goals. Curious what your day could look like? Below you will find a selection of the activities you can take on, depending on your interests.

What could you be doing?

Joining in: You work along in an enthusiastic team that is open to your ideas to improve our company.
Content, marketing & education: You translate complex nutritional information into understandable and inspiring blogs and content for our community.
Support & advice: You are an essential point of contact for our customers. You answer substantive questions via chat, email and phone. This puts you right at the front of the company, supporting consumers where needed.
Product development & optimization: Do you have an affinity with the technical side or would you like to develop it? You can support the product developer in developing new products or improving our current range.
Consumer insights & research: For your own research, you could dive into the psyche of our customer. Why do they choose Arctic Blue? How important is sustainability really for today's consumer? Where does future market demand lie? These are all examples of questions we are working on at the moment.

What are we looking for?

You are studying Nutrition and Health, Business and Consumer Sciences, Food Innovation, Nutrition & Dietetics or a comparable program.
You are entrepreneurial; you spot work that needs doing and like to take the initiative to pick up projects.
You have a strong affinity with sustainability and a healthy lifestyle.
You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing. You are customer-oriented, open and communicate easily.
You are available at least 4 or 5 days a week.

Compensation: An internship allowance of €750,- per month.
