Internship: Content creation & social media

Are you interested in nutrition, health and sustainability? And would you enjoy working in a small team (7) at the Dotslash Campus in Utrecht? Do you know exactly what does and does not work on social media, and is your phone (or camera) always within reach? Do you also want to learn everything about what goes into producing online content? From first idea to going live on all channels? Then this is your role!

Arctic Blue is the Omega-3 specialist; health products based on algae and fish oil made from fillet trimmings, for which no fish is specifically caught. Thanks to its innovative and sustainable character, our brand is growing fast in the Netherlands and surrounding countries.

What will you do?

You support a crucial role in our company: the entire production process of our social media content. From wild creative idea to concept, production, post-production and publication on all channels. Alone or in collaboration with our ambassadors. Together with us, you make sure the best and craziest ideas become reality and we create the highest quality content.

Responsibilities

As an intern with us, you are a full member of the team and will therefore also be involved in all aspects of our daily work. This means a varied set of tasks where every day is different, including the following components.

Concepting

You brainstorm and write with us on scripts and storylines for shoots. Those videos you see online: you have been a big part of them!
You also scour social media daily for inspiration and keep us razor sharp on what does and does not work online.
Every week you deliver social-proof ideas and cool angles for our content on our various channels.

Pre-production

As production manager you arrange props and locations and make sure everything is production-ready.
You also support in preparing and briefing everyone involved on set.

Production

Is there a shoot or filming day at the office or on location? You are there!
During productions you are responsible for making the filming day run smoothly, so that our videographer and content manager can fully do their thing!
This means, for example: arranging logistics and making sure all props are present.
On set, your creativity is also indispensable. During shoots you create BTS content with your phone, which you turn into a short Reel in no time the next day.

Post-production & going live

While the editor does his work, you and our content manager work on the overarching content planning.
You make sure all content from the editor is stored in the right place and learn from the edits and iterations made.
You then publish the content (stories, reels, substantive posts) and share it across all channels.
You can also make weekly TikTok videos on your own. If you want to pour all your creativity into this and involve the whole team, all the better!

We are looking for a social media & content creation intern who wants to join us 4 or 5 days a week at our office in Utrecht and is ready to get everything out of this internship.
