Small pills, plenty of them in a little bag. But the reason I chose this brand is because it doesn’t contain sunflower oil :) Sunflower oil is rich in omega-6, which defeats the whole purpose of taking omega-3: omega-3 and omega-6 should be consumed in equal amounts, but since there’s much more omega-6 in our diet, we need to take omega-3 supplements. I do think they’re a bit pricey, though...

Together, they form the capsule shell (approximately 25% of the capsule). The modified starch has been modified to provide extra strength and is not genetically modified.

Vitamin E (tocopherol), vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), and rosemary extract are antioxidants that protect the omega-3s.

The capsule contains no artificial flavors, preservatives, colorings, or sweeteners.
