Fish Oil Capsules (Large)

Take the capsules just before or just after a meal, preferably a meal containing fats. Do not take on an empty stomach. People who take them after their evening meal report good experiences.

Recommended use: 1 or 2 capsules per day.

If your needs are higher, adults can take a higher dosage, as long as the total intake of EPA + DHA stays below 5,000 mg per day.

This product is also suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The recommended intake is 250–450 mg DHA per day, which corresponds to one to two capsules. Sometimes the need during pregnancy can be higher, in which case it is good to choose a product with a higher dose.
