Product received quickly, via the mailbox. The small capsules are easy to take.
Other than that, I don't notice anything, but I didn't expect to. It's nice that it can be a preparation made from algae and that no fish need to be caught for it.
I can't really judge the quality and price-performance ratio, but I had to fill something in.
I would like to read a bit more about it, but initially I visited this site on the advice of someone I am currently treating. And the website looked well thought-out and solid ;-)

Algae are tiny plants that can produce omega-3 fatty acids on their own in water. In nature, algae pass these on to “fatty” fish such as herring and sardines when they are eaten. This is why algae oil has the same benefits as fish oil.
