I am very satisfied. I initially used fish oil from a bottle, pouring it onto a spoon :(, from another good brand. My Omegas were well regulated at the time; the Omega 6 had dropped from 9.4 to 2.1 . I found it more convenient to take capsules. I use 2 capsules a day (that is one sachet per month). After a check-up (finger prick and putting blood on a cardboard sheet at the same company from which I used the bottles of oil), the result had remained the same . So, reason enough to continue with these capsules. I have absolutely no trouble with burping or a bad taste in my mouth.
