The Dutch Arctic Blue Omega-3 products (liquid or capsule) are either plant-based (made from algae oil) or made from the filleting trimmings of wild salmon, wild pollock or wild cod. Besides the fillet for the supermarket, a single cod yields no less than 1 bottle (150 ml) of oil or 250 capsules.
